Carrots are brought directly from farms to the processing facility in Oxford Nova Scotia, where the latest processing technology to dice and freeze the carrots is used. Carrots are then shipped to our warehousing facility in Newport Station where they are packed and stored. No artificial flavours. Save time and reduce processing and food waste without sacrificing nutrition or quality.

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Cook vegetables to a minimum temperature of 165F (74C) and until they have reached desired temperature. Recommended cooking methods: Steam: Combination oven, pressure-cooker, steamer basket, steamer.

Stir Fry: Wok, large skillet. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
